Small Shop.
Giant Innovations.

At Proto Giant, we specialize in custom, small-run prototype design and manufacturing, turning visionary concepts into reality.

Who we are.

We are a team of technical artisans dedicated to transforming your ideas—from sketches on a bar napkin to fully realized prototypes. We specialize in product conceptualization, design, and the fabrication of high-quality prototypes. Leveraging both our in-house tooling and an extensive network of trusted contract fabricators, we have the resources and connections to bring your vision to life.

Proudly located in the Midwest.

What we do.

Conceptualization

Even if you have specs ready to go, let’s talk about them. Let’s sign the NDAs and ask the important questions at the start of the project, rather than the end. We are enthusiastic, creative thinkers who are here to help.

Design

Once we understand what you are looking for, we’re going to draw out all the minutiae digitally and refine it to the point where we are ready for fabrication.

Build

It’s time to get the parts cut and PCBs sent off to fabrication. During this process believe in transparency and will keep you involved during this process to ensure we are meeting the high level experience you deserve.

Who we do it for.

We take the confidentiality of our clients very seriously and do not directly disclose this information, but our work can be found within global brands and government agencies.

When can we start?

We can start the conceptualization process whenever you are ready, but due to the nature of our work, some projects take considerable time in the research and sourcing phase, so there may be a project or two ahead of your build schedule. Here is what our next six months looks like.

September - 24' 100%
October - 24' 100%
November - 24' 100%
December - 24' 25%
January - 25' 25%
February - 25' 10%

How do we start?

Send us an email at hello@protogiant.co or give us a call at ‪(618) 680-0427‬ and we can set up and introductory meeting or drink.

That’s the end of the site, thanks.
